I like you and you haven't done anything but be mistaken or mislead.
But in the future, realize that you could sued for such nonsense.
Now lets move on to some good advice for you.
Never, I mean Never, post on a stock message board while making a claim (suing) against that company. It's very imprudent at best.
If you'd like a second opinion, contact your attorney. If he says "It's all good" find yourself new counsel.
