Agreed but, with a settlement conference that keeps getting delayed and jury trial already in place and SET from the plaintiffs, I doubt that any BIG news is coming soon.
That would only benefit the defense with a better settlement!!.
I do think however that TMMI does a repeat of last year,with CES and Growth Capital and NAB while discovery continues up to Sept.2015!!.
Time is the name of the game and TMMI is in position more so than the defendants with RTN and now Geppetto Avatars Inc.
Remember the defendants CAN'T use those two patents in question and have never answered back about those patents, when asked to!!.
I also think once this case concludes the news gets release,why show your hand,when it's not really needed,until then...
I understand that shareholders need and want to be updated but,we all know the direction from the last PR's with Raytheon and now Geppetto Avatars Inc. of where TMMI is headed....
Perhaps Mr. Cavanaugh's hands are tied with PR's and can only release what the legal team tells him to release..
Discovery with THIS technology takes time and is very sensitive with information being released during the process!!.
