On the CC by the CFO Mr. Andrews we believe we will continue to sustain for the next 12 months with compounding. Of course it was qualified with no assurances or guarantees forward looking statement. It's possible some can be waiting to see what the january #s look like for compounding. I believe there was buying from STE to the tune of 200k to 250k dollars which is a nice start from nov 12th to now dec 10th. I am satisfied with that thus far. I believe with a back to back profitable quarter it will lure additional buyers in the next several months.
Addressing Dilution. Noone knows what each individuals parameters are in tems of when they will dispose of something. All can TRY to do is handicap what I see from the tape. IT IS VERY EVIDENT TO ME THAT BKRT IS SEASIDE WHO ALWAYS SHOWS 5K AT THE OFFER WHICH IS CALLED A NOT-HELD ORDER. Look yesterday you saw 71k go off at .113 50k then 21kk. At 4 01 you saw the print of 71k go off at .11 the trader making three tenths of a penny or $210 dollars THAT IS SEASIDE BKRT AND I BELIEVE THEY ARE LOOKING TO CLOSE OUT THEIR BOOKS ON SCRC'S POSITION AS THEIR AVERAGE ON THE 5M SHARES IS .08 CENTS A SHARE APPROX. ON THE REMAINING SHARES WHICH I BELIEVE IS 1.5M .08 TO .11 IS STILL .37.5%. i SAW APPROX 3.5M WITH BKRT 3 TO 5 WEEKS AGO DURING THE 10 DAYS THAT OVER 7.5M TRADED. ALL OF THOSE TRADED OVER .12 PER SHARE. WATCH YOURSELF THE MOVEMENT OF BKRT BETWEEN NOW AND THE END OF THE YEAR. WHEN BKRT/DLNY ARE DONE SEASIDE WILL LIKELY BE DONE AND ONE LESS OBSTACLE TO BE CONCERNED WITH.
Yes there was 50k sold by wdco yesterday as I alluded to with the 50k at .12 moved and hit .190 to .1050 exactly 50k not a lot of $ 6000 dollars. Most her have 10x to 50x of that so not a big ordeal being done orderly. DOES ANYONE SEE ANY MAJOR STRIKING????????? THE ANSWER IS NO!!!!!!!!! IT IS VERY CONTAINED!!!!!!
