It is becoming apparent that people on the other board can't read contracts, or refuse to read contracts. NT just posted the details of the sale of the equipment to Joel. The excavator had 30,000 dollars of repairs done. Ignore a post on the other board that details the working condition during the show. That material is irrelevant to the current condition highlighted in the sale contract that was signed by Joel.
