Great point! Just cuz
- the founder has been twice nailed for fraud by two independent regulatory agencies in two different countries, and admitted to using his own mother and children as accomplices,
- had lied to investors for years about *already* making oil for a total cost of $10/bbl and selling it for WTI - $3.00, since 2010, in complete contradiction to every financial report filed with the SEC,
- Had his patent application on his "new technology" laughed out of the patent office and rejected for not containing anything novel,
- Has blown $65,000,000.00 of investors money, making himself a multimillionaire while wiping out the investments of hundreds of investors,
- Had dumped 850,000 shares at $1.40 making himself a cool $1.2M, while at the same time encouraging others to "buy and hold" the stock he was dumping,
Well...six years, $65,000,000.00, two actions for fraud by two different regulatory agencies, unable to raise a penny today from outside investors, stock having plummeted by 99%, no patentable technology, dozens of lies told to investors for the purpose of defrauding them...
None of that stuff means nothing. After all, it's a "new" company trying to do something "new"!!!
