Compared to what I once possessed the current situation is crappy for me , too, and therefore annoying ... however not to compare to yours, no question. In so far I should be glad and content and shut up ...
The facts are that you and so many others are real victims ... of a bigtime decreased pps on the one hand ... that´s very often the fact ... and everybody has experienced it ... and you can´t blame anyone because it was your decision ... but: what really hurts with this is the arrogance and carelessness of the company ... dunno re. dishonesty but all together comes as fooling all its shareholders bigtime: may it be you or me or even BIG ... and many others ... that´s the crux of this company and its officers ... whatever they may have up their sleeves ... their SH-treatment couldn´t be crappier ... and they do it consciously and ice cold.
However, all you can do is to wait and whine or not whine ... or to sell ...
To expect them getting back their former great reputation iMO is vain ... you can´t trust them, also in the future (even if the pps would recover) ... they´ve sacrifized and lost their reliability completely ... can´t imagine they´d once explain all their 2014-shit resp. apologize for that.
