Pocket Games, Inc. Signs LOI to Acquire Games Testing & Development Company
PKGM On Target for 2015 Growth Strategy
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 9, 2014) - Pocket Games, Inc. (OTC PINK: PKGM), a Games Development Company, today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire an established games development and testing company.
The target Company has a solid team and a healthy client base and is established already within the billion-dollar Video Games Testing Market. Pocket Games sees the acquisition as an accretive acquisition that will benefit the company in multiple ways. Pocket Games has used this Company several times on its development projects over the past twelve months and see great potential in both the development arm of the acquisition and the software-testing stream too.
CEO of Pocket Games, Inc., David Lovatt, commenting on the opportunity, stated, "As well as bringing additional depth of experience to the Pocket Games Management Team, the synergies internally will be strong and the opportunity for increased revenues through business development for Games Testing contracts in the U.S. and Europe are significant."
