I listened in to the last Intercloud conference call where I had to sign up with my e-mail and phone number. I was surprised to get a call a few days later from ICLD's investor relations, some guy from Redchip. He asked me what I thought about the company and I mentioned the Group 31 financing where the Intercloud basically gives Group 31 a free doubling of their money and I also mentioned another financing where shares are given as monthly payments. I mentioned that it gave me pause to invest and that those financing gave me little faith in the competence of ICLD's management.

Well, it turns out the guy from Redcloud knew nothing about either topic...but quickly changed the topic to see if I would be interested in some "Friends and Family" investing "opportunities."

That's pretty low when conference call information is used as a marketing tool.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
