I agree that the completion of the financing deal will be very good. Time-lines are always very difficult to predict as we all know not just from scrc but others as well. A realistic expectation would seem in the next 90 days or less. I believe of the 3 catalysts that were stated in the cc that the banking deal is the biggest.
It was indeed a November to remember as we enjoyed our very 1st profitable quarter. Now being in December if we get the banking deal done between now and the next 90 days will will be a CONTENDER. The company currently is in a very good spot and .11 to .12 SEEMS TO BE THE NEW .085 TO .095 THE LAST 27 DAYS ESSENTIALLY ALL AT .11 OR BETTER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 1 DAY .1075.
WE own 2 assets Main Ave 100% and Pimd 90%. Main Ave was essentially the YANKEES GETTING THE GREAT BAMBINO WHAT A DEAL FOR SCRC!!!! Pimd we will have to see as it is very very umlikely it will come even close but I am sure Bob S and his TEAM know what their doing. If we do back to back profitable quarters which it appears lokely 2014 has been as a COMPANY AN ENORMOUS SUCCESS. I believe 2015 as a COMPANY AND A STOCK WILL HAVE SUCCESS. I believe the 2nd half of the year specifically q3 and q4 of 2015 ( if current growth sustains) the STOCK WILL BE HIGHER IMHO THAN .10 TO .12 CENTS.
