All of y'all still guessing. Wait until the company AND H/C confirm whether or not CEN Biotech has been granted their license before jumping off your personally constructed cliff.
If isn't worth the angst to speculate and draw hoped for conclusions when not one of us has clue one when, where, how and/or who to whom the next license will be issued.
Now that I have solved your problem for the evening have a good nights rest and I'll touch base tomorrow with more bon mots of elucidation.
