Any perceptions and statements that Calkin is leaving GRCU are outright lies. Last week it was reaffirmed in the press release when Robert Calkin and Romeo Cruz both made statements reiterating past and future direction of the company.
Yes some of those milestones have not been reached yet but many have. The main point is that the "first" subsidiary involving agriculture either a grow op- or JV through GRCU only is still in play or may even be forthcoming. and no one has abandoned the GRCU mission. See link to pr below.
In fact GRCU actually has products and revenues as well as viable business model and operations in a fast growing market . This indicates solid growth in the coming year.

To answer this mystery we have to look at the How What When Why and Where.
The (How) is part the deal itself.
The only way any an investor would put up 250K to help fund a project like this is for some ROI, (The Why). Let us examine this, so not only is Ikingdom putting up the capital, they (I believe Bedore) Maybe Robert Calkin as well well are also involved in the research development and manufacturing process as well (The How).
That is stated clearly in the PR as part of the JV . So further this also equals time. So to sum this up Ikindomii is investing TIME + MONEY in developing a state of the art extraction machine with a company that is essentially BK.
The real question is what are they getting in return.? (The What). For that kind of investment anyone can reasonably agree that they are going to want something quite substantial in return. They are not in the favor business I assume. This is a business deal nothing more.
Next question..so where will these machines and finished products oils etc. be sold? (The Where). The PR clearly states that the extraction machines will be marketed and licensed through Ikingdom domestically and internationally at some point once the international patent is issued.
All this can obviously change but lets just take it at face value for now.
If you were a business man what would you want for this large investment of time and money? You can call it a purchase order if you like but if you are investing your own time and knowledge it is much more than a purchase order.
If I were putting in that much effort, I would want exclusive rights to sell the finished product (license) or preferably out right purchase of the patent with some sort of deal paying royalties to the inventor (Original patent owner) ROI in fact it was all laid as such right in the press release. Only thing missing was the terms of the final agreement.
Additionally WTWO came out and clearly stated they are not getting into the MJ field in any way shape or form. So the (where) Sales of the finished products and extractions from these machines clearly isn't going to be with them. They are not in that business. The (When) is still is in question.
Another interesting clue from the PR that to me suggests an eventual
merger or connection with the Ikingom mission statement..
