Hi folks,

I have owned NNLX stock for several years now.
They claim to have game changing, world impacting technology but our share price continues to decrease.

I believe that this is due primarily to two factors:
1. Lack of sales
2. Lack of trust in our CEO

We have seen much promise for potential customers but no real sales to speak of. Whoever is in charge of sales needs to be terminated. If the claims of our technology are true, this person isn't selling ice cubes to eskimos but rather selling ice water in hell! With the current worldwide health concerns these kits should fly off the shelves. It's time for someone to stop waiting for the world to beat a path to the door and go blaze some trails!

As far as lack of trust in the CEO. We have a person who allows the Nanologix website to post packaging technology as state of the art but then allows questions as percolate as to whether the patent belongs to the company or himself. I find it difficult to believe that no company property, personnel, or technology was used in creating the packaging. Perhaps Barnhizer has a fully functioning test lab in his basement right next to that chemistry set he had left over from junior high?

Is is possibly true that someone who has climbed to the level of our CEO can be this incompetent? I have been wondering if he is only biding his time for the company to go belly up so that he can sell the patents on both our technologies and packaging un-noticed at a later date. I know, this sounds crazy and no, there is not a black helicopter hovering over my house as I write this but let's face it, there would likely be a lawsuit or at least some serious questions if he were to attempt to sell that packaging patent as his own right now.Does anyone on this board know who patents revert to if a company goes out of business?

Any insights from the more informed on this company would be greatly appreciated!
