What comical is you not understanding the mechanics of a public company.
So, Chris may need funding to carry on operations. These operations will be paid how?
Either a loan, with shares, or monies from the sale of shares.
We funded Belize. Shares were sold all the way throughout. When they couldn't be sold or traded. operations stopped.
We had few majors doing the funding so it's obvious it took many small transactions to carry forward. Note, we had operations elsewhere too.
Anyone that did any impropriety (stole money) wouldn't be posting on this board, or any other board for that matter.
But you're left working the past when your focus is should be on moving forward.
We have to overcome the past albeit difficult and move forward. Chris s working now and he needs support.
