And the absolute worst of all: the MF Global disaster.Billions of dollars of depositors money that was supposed to be kept segregated, suddenly gone. Absolutely no one can argue what that company did was legal, not even the SEC. Yet, nobody has gone to jail, nor even been charged.

So don't try the sad argument of "all of these issues were address in 2005 with the enactment of Regulation SHO and subsequent amendments" when the facts are obvious that the SEC is corrupt.
"apparent lack of enforcement" is right in front of you with MF Global. Don't take my word for it, do the research yourself.
