Garth came on here and explained the reason for the delay. He stated that they have now got all the shareholder forms signed and submitted to the attorneys. That means the filing of the S-1/A is right around the corner. It will then be fast tracked to the SEC and FINRA. The SEC already approved previously, so they will approve again. The requirements that FINRA requested have now all been met, so they will approve also. That means Canwealth is literally weeks away from being publicly traded. Shareholders are about to be rewarded in a big way. I think ICBT will tag $.006 once the news starts rolling out. That is over a 1000% return for anyone buying at these levels. Don't let the lies and half truths posted on this board mislead you on what is really going on. If the process was dead in the water like certain posters (with an agenda btw) have been trying to cram down your throat would have you believe, why has the company been keeping up with any and all financial statements? Think about it... Big things are coming.
