I'm not surprised the share price remained where it is. There's going to have to be a drop in O/S or rise in net assets (or both) to sustainably raise the share price. Even acquiring the broker won't do it by itself (sustainably) until revenues start flowing.
As Matt indicated on the first CC, this is a 24-month project. BCAP is 4 months old -- 7 if you go back to the rise in share price in August 2011.
For most shareholders, they can add to their current holding at $0.0001 (possibly) / $0.0002 and very likely see no change for the next 1-2 quarters. I am now thinking the broker won't be acquired until at least July 2012 sometime after some of the convertible debt is liquidated. That's a good thing since it reduces the potential of an increase in A/S.
