Is the fact Heddle Marine Inc is pricing it's latest financing warrants at 12 cents considered as high as this stock will go in the near future ?
Why wouldn't they price them in the $.90 cent range ?
Maybe Heddle Marine Inc is under the opinion that buying this stock in the $90 cent range is a truly bonehead move that would incur severe loss on investment and show total ineptitude of how to value , and comprehend future value, of PTOI stock ?
