whata does this means :
Indicated the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date; 175,223,313 shares of common stock are issued and outstanding as of March 22, 2012.
about Riverbank we have to know that GETH can not compete with Waste Management and gave up plant. besides the agilyx technology cant convert Tire to oil, so GETH cant utilize Their System, so ....
If GETH focus on Tire to oil then GETH has to utilize other technology rather Agilyx.
