Where are you seeing MD is compensated in nonconvertible preferreds? Pg. 10 states an exchange of $1m in accrued payroll for 1m shares of AA preferred stock, then further down it states: adjust exchange of accrued payroll for 620,750 shares rather than 1m. Sorry for all the questions, just trying to understand things here. I will put in some time this weekend and see if I can't figure out my questions.
