That being said , could you name one legitimate business reason why Chapter 11 reorganization would not be an option if sales do not occur in the near future ?
It benefits the company, Richard Heddle, John Bordynuik, and Heddle Marine Inc in just about every way.
The only downside is to existing shareholders who lose everything.
But new shareholders are found, at a premium, with the newly issued stock and IPO as well as uplist.
And if the mythical NSS does exist it is wiped out immediately.
Quite an attractive option actually.
