I sent the CEO an email with my concerns about the manipulators' character assassination of him. Below is his response, edited by me for brevity (....) and emphasis (bold and underline) along with my original email.

Thank you for your email and the information about what you describe as my "legal troubles". I don't believe I have any. The implied narrative you mention is interesting, as the reality is the opposite. I do have a house in the Village of Poland Ohio that I bought in 2009 and have been remodeling since 2010.
A great deal of work has been done on the house during the period from 2010 to now....
During the same period of time NanoLogix's needs began to grow and my savings were redirected and devoted more to NanoLogix than to finishing the house.
The zoning process in Poland Village is far from perfect, and the understanding of the Village Zoning Administrator, being a part time position, is also far from perfect. Two years ago I had to hire a lawyer to explain the zoning rules to the Village zoning administrator....I still have to confront the Village officials in court, and since they did not show in court on 11/24/14 when I sat and waited for 2-1/2 hours, I will not elaborate further....
I purchased the house with savings from a long career in the oil and gas business, not with funds from NanoLogix. As a matter of fact, I do not draw a salary from NanoLogix, but have been compensated with restricted stock certificates, all of which are unsold and continue as restricted stock certificates in my safety deposit box. My funds have gone into NanoLogix, that is my priority. The house, while being worked on, is not my main priority....
