silver up .956 today to 16.21
opec-more at saudi arabia- didnt cut pro, because as per articles saudi arabia is afraid of losing influence due to us shale production so saudi arabia engaged in a price war to try to close down usa shale production.
at least low oil prices will lower shipping costs when cwrn ships again
