That is true, but, I think it is the 4th paragraph, concerning the appeal process, of two choices, that are of interest. Going to the omb would carry a lot of weight in light of the fact that the Canadian Government wants the facilities to be on Agg land. But, in choice two of coming before the counsel, could allow the permission sooner, perhaps. In my view, this is the counsel trying to get money for the neighbors, and for themselves. The only real option, without paying out directly for it is the higher ups who say Agg., use is ok. It is a pain in the neck either way and very tiresome. GLTA
