Okay, here we go: I visited Nanotech in San Jos
Post# of 4205
I visited Nanotech in San Jose on a Friday in August, I believe. Not sure our site was up at the time but I posted about my experience on a couple of other boards after the visit.
I toured the entire facility. I saw, laid out on a packaging/processing table at least a couple dozen NP-1's. All had shipping/invoice paperwork underneath them. There was one guy who was in the process of packaging - adding the instruction booklet, power supply, etc. and placing them in boxes. There were two (wheeled) racks (3 shelves each, if memory serves me correctly) of other NP-1's each accompanied by shipping/invoice paperwork.
I estimated the total number of NP-1's at (and, it really is a guess) 200 that were in my view while there.
So, I tell you what I'd like to do - and, this is just for the benefit of those on this board: I'll contact Jim Rossi once again and ask to visit. I'll take with me my own questions and open it up to each of you to hit me up with questions you have. Then, I'll report back to you. One final FYI: this won't be happening tomorrow but I'll make it happen before Christmas.
Cheers!
