I buy below net asset value in real companies, so

When the TA produces revenue, I would consider buying higher, but I won't tell anyone to buy non-producing assets above their value. That's not sensible. As I wrote a couple of weeks ago, the better solution would have been to acquire shells or self-complete paperwork so all the shells were in existence (B/D, clearing house, TA etc.) for a fraction of the acquisition price of a working solution.
How is the bashing campaign effective: it's designed to drive potential investors away (see trading volume in recent weeks since iHub started banning people and the bashers took control). The long term effect is to undermine confidence in people buying Preferred and force an increase in A/S or an R/S and thereafter kill the company.
Think of bashing like you would a negative advertising campaign.
