BCAP is generally moving in the right direction (assets up, liabilities down).
Increase in A/S: Possible, but depends on how the liquidation of assets goes. R/S not likely until A/S hits 10B.
I would buy at $0.0001/2 and no higher. With big board stocks I buy below net tangible assets, so at this level you're not buying expensive assets they're just not cheap. This may change in a quarter or two.
Summary: IMO BCAP will be a struggle all the way up so it requires lots of patience. There's no evidence of a dilution scam or a manager acting against his common shareholders interests. That may change in coming quarters, but nothing at present. The main risk would come from BCAP not being able to liquidate assets with a sufficiently high level of return.
Other than that, this period (last 5 months) has seen some very emotional trading. The character assassination against Matt Dwyer and BCAP has been brutally effective, but unjustified.
I'll still stick with my B assessment.
