My apologies. I probably conflated PTOI's characters with those of another story line. Thank you for the correction.
"What are the costs on your conscience for slaying a legit company struggling to start-up?"
I'm pretty sure I didn't "slay" PTOI. In fact as I've said in the past, I would be happy if PTOI succeeded in economically reducing plastic waste. All I've done since I ran across PTOI about five years ago, is warn people that the math didn't work for profitably converting plastic to oil and that Mr. Bordynuik's $10/bbl plastic to WTI-$3/bbl value story was the result of Mr. Bordynuik lying his butt off to defraud investors. I pointed out how investors would see excuses and delays from Mr. Bordynuik until the company eventually wisped away. I have no regrets--I did people a service by giving them the information they needed to see they would lose their money by holding.
