Mrs. Panik, nor anyone else went on the witness stand. Lawyers and the judge only do the talking with this step. Once again, erroneous information that was posted as fact. Way too much of that going on about this court case.
"Defendants won't countersue"....WRONG!
"TMMI won't have to sue HP"......WRONG!
He has two wrongs but i was always taught two wrongs make a right.
