Incorrect imo... The O/S is 745M and an increase can only be confirmed by the TA. If I would follow your way of thinking, that the 42M will be added to the O/S, well then please deduct the shares you and every other retail investor sold from that 42M. Also, VFIN left the game half way the session. So, imo, not much would be left of your 42M. The shares sold by VFIN were the last part of a previous conversion imo. Over the last 2 weeks 240M shares traded, which tends me to believe conversions could be done for a while. If I'm right, we saw the bottom yesterday imo. Every sell is a buy... I smell good news coming.... GL
