ActionView International, Inc. (OTC: AVEW) today announced that its premium mixed martial arts brand, WCFC, will hold its second annual Pierpont Street Bash on June 30, 2012 in Salt Lake City.  As with last year's event, this will be a day-long festival featuring several local-area bands and street vendors and will culminate in a night of mixed martial arts.  This year the event will feature an 8-man, amateur Last Man Standing tournament as well as two professional fights showcasing some of the top talent in the west.

Joe Wooten , CEO and President of ActionView, discussed the upcoming event, "Fans have been asking for months when we're going to do another Pierpont Street Bash.  Last summer we worked with the Inferno Cantina to shut down Pierpont Street in downtown Salt Lake and hold a street fair with great music, amazing food and unforgettable fights.  We're proud to once again team up with the Inferno Cantina and make this year's event even bigger and better.

"We're also introducing our first amateur Last Man Standing tournament, beginning with the top 155 pound amateur fighters in the western US.  One of the problems fighters face early in their careers is getting enough experience before turning pro. The tournament style is perfect for amateurs because they get exposed to several fighters in one night while also getting the feel of being in the cage in front of a huge crowd. This is a format we're planning on expanding in the coming months to bring this opportunity to fighters across the country."

The Pierpont Street Bash will take place starting at noon on June 30th on Pierpont Street in Salt Lake City.  Tickets will be available online at www.wcfc.com and the mixed martial arts portion of the show will be broadcast live online on a pay-per-view basis.
