My strategy will be to make one compliant post a day for 14 days over at the animal farm. I guess that will prove my feeble brain is capable of understanding the rules and I have been rendered docile.
Additionally, I then I must beg for release.

In order to have a restriction lifted you need to post for two weeks without violating the site rules. This will show that you understand the rules and are willing to abide by them.
