$WFMC - Potential 100 bagger in the making!!! Big board IPO coming soon and past PR's put the number at $10 per share...Not too shabby for a stock trading at .095 currently.
Wham Inc Announces Recent Corporate Development
Company has $100,000,000 in art assets and a bunch of other irons in the fire! This stock is a life changer IMO and things should start rolling soon! It appears they are in the final stages of their S-1 filing with the SEC (hired Securities Compliance Group back in September to assist with the filing and IPO) and once effective the road show begins and then this thing IPO's on either Nasdaq or AMEX within about 2 weeks of the road show beginning!

Why is it so cheap you ask? Simple:
1) Company has a Yield sign and this is due to CEO's wife passing and the company went dark for awhile. His son was also almost killed in Afghanistan in a tank explosion...
2) Current Lack of Liquidity...This will be solved once the uplist/IPO takes place, there will be more shares available after offering and institutions will be gobbling this up...Trust me your 20k, 50k, 100k shares will go fast
3) Sounds too good to be true...Yup it does, but it is true...you'll have to do your DD to piece the puzzles together, but I can tell you after many lengthy conversations with the CEO that this guy is driven and he is very real!!! He is also the CFO for Arcana Development Group (BIG money with this group).
Don't let what could be the greatest wealth building opportunity of your life pass you by...Do your DD and you can thank me later Read the PR's from June to now and you'll see for yourself this company and the CEO are the real deal!!!
