If I may add a few more to your list my friend?
There are more people in the US and the world now that consume alcohol than in 1997. With the social media available today, anything can go viral, worldwide in just a matter of hours. Recognition, publicity, TV, the Internet can all assist in sells of the product. I believe MRIB is a diamond in the rough,just now being discovered.
As the business grows and expands, management will have to tackle new issues, concerns and scenarios on a daily basis. It's all part of a successful product that will create a successful company.
They will come up to speed as they,the management, aquire necessary talent and mature with the company growth.
I personally feel they have been maturing quite nicely. All their planning and hard work will pay off. Just my thoughts gentleman.
