I think expectations have been high but that's not unusual for investors. My concern at this moment is Brazil. If that doesn't happen and happen soon all credibility for MRIB is gone (not even mentioning D.R. and Mexico). MRIB's silence lately creates an atmosphere of fear and non stop conjecture as to what is going on. The bashers are having a field day and the PPS continues to drop. Lastly, carrying so much debt is scary. Maybe they would be better off with chapter 11 rather then issuing more stock.
All that said, vodka sales in the US are about 5.5 billion per year. MRIB has a good product, packaged well and is being promoted. Hopefully, they will resolve their problems and in a couple years capture a market share and have a successful run.
