The legality of their actions is what needs to be focused. Manipulation and or fraud punishable by what? Perpetrators of the like of Corzine, Dimon and others go unprisoned so the likes of trolls being fined are incarcerated not going to happen.
All that is left is vigilante hazing, a few swats with the old frat paddle is all us law abiding citizens can hope for or maybe a crazy English garbled rant from the un honorable rabble rousing Reverend Al ( give me mo money) Sharptongue.
