They, as expected, approved and signed off on the new By-Laws with no comments allowed from Ed and the peanut gallery. They will now forward the new laws and OP to the county for approval or rejection. We have 20 days to appeal the county's decision once it has been made. Their decision may take as long as two to three months…End of story.
