I said last summer the non-issues were issues and attempted to explain what those issues were. It cannot be done in fewer words. So you would be willing to accept the response "zoning is not an issue" as being concise and easy to read but reject a lengthy explanation intended to explain some of the concerns about why zoning was an issue. It seems my lengthy explanation was the accurate one son congratulations on your concise prose, it was however incorrect.
