He would not even confirm they have finalized any commitments from the engineering firm (only tangible progress with negotiations - his words) he spoke of in July and also could not guarantee if there would ever be a sale, .
That doesn't sound like anything anytime soon.
So now about that Chapter 11 reorganization possibility.
Aren't all the items I discussed such as.....
- uplist,
-IPO,
-PPS appreciation,
-new BOD,
-controlling escalating share structure,
-and eliminating mythical NSS
.....on your checklist ?
Wouldn't you agree they are all beneficial to the company and can easily be achieved through Chapter 11 ?
Normally current shareholders can not seem to rationally think themselves out as beneficial to the company, even though every other aspect of Chapter 11 is.
It happens all the time in these situations.
But in reality, when truly stepping back and looking at the whole picture, without a sale in the near future, Chapter 11 is the most beneficial option to this company in many positive ways.
The only downside is current shareholders will get extinguished, but every other event is considered a positive correct ?
