Gregory Gustin from what I have found is President and CEO of PSRU, he is also President of CSU. On behalf of both companies he entered into a JV and on behalf of both companies he ended the JV with PSRU. That doesn't mean he still isn't CEO and President of PSRU. I don't believe this has anything to do with MNGG.
