Someone sent me the noted post asking if I would comment:
The answer is absolutely not! If these people actually read the contents of the court filings rather than jump to conclusions based on someone else's so-called "DD" (doesn't surprise me that the person responsible for posing the initial question has not read the stipulation in its entirety and therefore would know better than to ask such a diputs question. Rather, she is so quick to attempt to defame myself and CMR...been down that road before with her. I wonder, is she a shareholder?) they would see that the debt purchase agreement between Equity & Xun predates CMR's invoice by many months--nearly a year in fact. If memory serves correctly (and it is ALL in the court filings), the process for this 3(a)10 was initiated in August of 2013. CMR's contract with Xun is dated 31 May 2014, with my signature affixed around 10 June 2014.
Again, the 3(a)10 was initiated long before CMR was considered/included.
