More fun with numbers:
IF...the outstanding share for the new spun off CEN BIO end up being 350 mm shares, this is what it means.
Current OS is 3.5 billion
calculate at a ratio of 1 : 10 = 350 million outstanding shares.
This would be valuing the pps at $ 1.00 per share for Cen.
If you calculate the pps at 10 cents per share and you own 100k shares on the day of the transition it would be worth $ 10,000 oo.
Then the spin happens and your shares of Cen Bio are now a total of 10k worth $ 10.000 oo.
You would still own 100k of Creative Edge @ 10 cents per share worth $ 10,000.
Total at that moment: $ 20,000. 00.
Now, what will happen with either Cen Bio, or Creative edge post the spin off is yet to be determined. It is clearly what happens between today and then. GLTA
