Yup. As we know, telling everyone the details of the plan has not really worked out well for us. I suspect they have a plan and are executing it.
I am very curious as to what part the faux play with Quang was all about, though. I doubt peter went into that deal with the intent of being in business with such a scalawag. Perhaps that was a concealed effort of entrappment? set up an impossible deal, get Quang and his minion SeaBass to pound the price down and Voila! a price fixing scandal as per SEC rules. Then, SeaBass and his new bride Quang frolic off in their orange jumpers to their gated community.
It might not be true, but one can dream, can't he?
