JSC "Capitalia" completes reorganization process R

Riga, 2014-11-24 10:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC "Capitalia" has completed merger with LLC "Capitalia Investīciju Pārvalde" and LLC "Capitalia Konsultācijas II". As a result of the reorganization, company's paid equity capital has increased to EUR 226,490. Completion of the reorganisation was registered in Latvian Enterprise register in November 21, 2014.
