APII's SPseems to be UP in the AM and gradualy tan

APII's SP seems to be UP in the AM and gradualy tanks during the day and seems to go up a little later in the day on heavy trading.  This signals to me  that the company may be diluting, or some big holder is dumping.  What do you think?
