Dear John,
I write to you again as the voice of reason in the hope you can answer some very basic questions for me regarding our investment in FITX. To say we're confused & concerned at he most recent turn of events & the PR last week that announced the potential spin off of Cen Bio & the immediate resignation of the board & directors of Creative Edge Nutrition is a vast understatement.
1) Have you all resigned already?
2) What happens to the MJ side if there is no spin off?
3) Who is the man that has taken over of CEO of Creative Edge Nutrition?
4) What will the share distribution be of the spin off, e.g. If we have 2mm shares of FITX how many will we get of the spin off company?
The reason I ask these most basic questions is because the PR was very poorly worded & left far more questions than answers. I'm confused as to why there was no link to James Robinson's name where one could read his bio or learn who he is. What happens to Cen Bio & the MJ plans if the spin off doesn't happen? My biggest question is this: As of today do we own 2mm shares of a nutrition & supplement company or is everything status quo until the spin off occurs?
Where is Mr. Chabaan? Is he still traveling overseas or is he in the USA trying to resolve the issues with zoning in Lakeshore? We are begging you to respond as quickly as you have in the past & be as candid as you can. We are not alone in our concerns, there are MANY hundreds of hard working people that have invested life savings into FITX that are looking for answers to these questions. Maybe it's time for a PR with substance & clarity.

Thank you for taking the time to contact John and the company. I can assure you our corporate vision remains the same. All of our actions are taken in the best interest of the shareholders... All shareholders. In the near future, we will answer most if not all of your questions.
The Current board remains intact until our legal formalities are followed. Our press release was reviewed by 4 sec attorneys. We ensure we follow the letter of the law. It was not intentionally vague; that was the product of the multiple reviews by our legal counsel.
Regarding my travel schedule and the operation of the business ... It is also absolutely necessary. I can assure you I am not on vacation. My attendance is not required at all meetings, including Lakeshore council meetings. I have a very capable staff who have clear instructions and access to me 24/7 - 365 regardless where I am in the world. My job is to continue to move this company forward through our multiple projects... Not just one.
I thank you for being a shareholder. Unfortunately we cannot counsel you on keeping or selling your shares.
