Well I believe that pink sheet stocks would appreciate in value much more easily and keep their gains when good news was released, instead of being shorted downwards always.

I also believe that if the company that lent BGL the money to fight the case against MSJ in the Mexican Courts had it brought to their attention that BGL had two judgements against them on 17 and 31st August 2011 showing that there's no way BGL could ever win and that the Creditor who was foolish enough to lend BGL the money to fight a case where they had not even signed a contract but only had an option that the creditor will call in their loan note in an effort to tidy up their accounts and write off the C$10.2m - even if BGL doesn't want to tidy up its own accounts!

Meanwhile If the bashers have temporary restraining orders brought against them in which the court instructs Ihub to ban access to the website from their relevant IP Address, pending the outcome of the court case, they will be stuffed - no money from posting lies, no bills paid and back on welfare and looking for a new job. Oopps!

Really GBHD needs to subpoena their bank records to see who is paying them and go after them - then subpoena the full IT system of the hedge fund - emails, bank records and so on then sue the crap out of them as well.

Better to go for the people paying these bashers, and let them take the hit on their professional insurance policy. That will most likely put them out of business. Each one of them. Once a judgement is entered and punitive damages awarded, all of them will stop doing it as they will know there';s a way the authorities can come after them.

In the digital age - you always leave an audit trail through which you can be traced. Even if they delete all the emails and wipe their own servers clean - the emails they send will still be held on the other external servers they went through - and they don't have access to those ones so can't delete the copies of those same emails stored on those servers.

That would be like a hedge fund trying to access the servers that sun microsystems has all around the world to delete copies of their emails that went through them. It's not going to happen!
