next 8K filed may well pertain to the PO issued (noted via 2014 fins' filed)
to complete prox 4 and 5 from 75% to 100%

i along with other investors keep requesting out of mgmt >> an update
it would be nice to have that issued by/b4 EOM

tho' clearly multiple requests for an update @ EO 3rd Q (9.30.14) went unanswered

after that (presumed) 8K is filed .. i would give it approx 30 days for completion
of 4 and 5 .. and then next 8K filed imo would pertain to the first prox sold

timing is very telling here imo based on RH's additional investment (8K) filed this past week

which of course came mere *days* after the 3rd Q was filed a week ago Friday

this is a holiday shortened week ..

*entity* working *tape/trades* on Friday .. utilized *imo* some *odd* signals
PROs love to exploit *trades/tape* on those holiday shortened weeks because
*retail* is usually occupied elsewhere

curious to see what comes to pass re: PTOI in this last week of the back half of NOV 2014
