The reason scrc is not quite ready yet is a function of supply/demand. It is my guess ( could be higher or lower) that 6m to 8m shares will come out of this from wdco/seaside. I am led to believe there has been selling from both. Based upon my opinion the people that put in substantial $ IN A PENNY STOCK are looking for far greater levels than today. If I am correct this inventory will be done imho sometime in q2 of 2015. Again this is my guess 6m to 8m. I DO NOT BELIEVE ITS ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THE FIGURE OF 30M SHARES AS SEASIDE HAS LESS THAN 2M SHARES SEE BKRT. I believe the core is sincere when they say they are looking for much higher levels. You believe what you want I will go with my call as there are no more derivatives left from converts and that is a MAJOR HOMERUN!
Bottom Line: I'll take my chances with the core and put my faith in them as they ponied up the 1.2m dollars at .055. UP TO YOU!!!
