Wow no need to be rude. I actually did know they wanted to get off the pinks. The way your post was worded made it sound like we knew all along that a spin off is had been in the works all year, that's why I asked. Now I understand that's not what you meant.

I just thought that since the BOD only just now decided to do a spin off that that means they only just now started to work on it. I mean, why work on spinning off before the BOD even decided to spin it off? I must be lazy by not quite understanding, but I'm just a simple person who was hoping someone who has looked into this more than I would be nice enough to help me out .
