become obvious to masters' minions .. expect additional *rounds* to enter
as i've noted elsewhere .. everyone will know mgmt's intent going forward
specific to a buyout .. (public/private) or uplisting out of the OTC cesspool
(an indy BoD will be seated)
if BoD is seated .. imo it will happen within 4 to 6 weeks after first prox sale is 8k'd
(to reiterate i expect first prox sale 8k'd by/b4 EOY)
what masters' minions count on is FUD .. forgetting that mgmt has *counsel*
and gets to interact *regularly* with the dolts (SEC)
